Hi! I’m Luna.

This blog is for fashion lovers who prefer natural over synthetic, recycled over new, and quality over quantity. I also share my travel stories, life events, and skincare routines that all contribute to a colorful and mindful lifestyle.

Birthday on Chinese New Year’s Eve

Birthday on Chinese New Year’s Eve

The Year of Tiger is officially here. This year my birthday fell on Chinese New Year’s eve, so I celebrated both events together with a hotpot at home. And of course, a delicious birthday cake to wrap up the day!

These festive decorations from Chinatown are not year-specific, so I plan to reuse them in the future. They are $1 each and I got 8 of them with different writings/wishes. I strung them together using red threads and hung them under a wall shelf. May my hopes and dreams come true one by one.

I’ve had this chef piggy decal for a decade! It inspires me to make fantastic food every day. You can find lots of cute stationery from this online store (enter Rewards Code LVNPETITE for an additional discount). My hair accessory is also from the same place.
